What is dancing with the stars?
Dancing with the Stars is a popular show that has been around for years, starting off on June 1, 2005. It is about celebrities and star actors who may not have much dancing experience, who are paired with dance professionals to come up with dances to different themes for every week. In the end, the people get to vote who they want to win, and a pair gets eliminated every week until only one pair remains.
Who is this season’s cast?
This season of dancing with the stars is set to be a great one. The judges of this season are: Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough. The newest season has gained popularity from its well known celebrities such as ; Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles, reality TV star Hilaria Baldwin, comedian Andy Richter, influencer Alix Earle, actor Danielle Fishel, Pentatonix musician Scott Hoying, actor Elaine Hendrix, and wildlife advocate Robert Irwin. By week 5 (set for October 14) there has been 4 eliminations. Lauren Jauregui on week 1, Baron Davis for week 2, Corey Feldman on week 3, and Hilaria Baldwin week 4.
Fan favorite
This season has some great celebrities, some personally standing out to the audience. A fan favorite so far is Robert Irwin. He has grown popularity after his debut on the show, and is maintaining popularity although not maintaining a spot on the top of the leaderboard. Irwin is paired with Witney Carson. Though everyone is loving Irwin, other fan favorites in comparison are Whitney Leavitt (partnered with Matt Ballas), and Jordan Chiles (partnered with Ezra Sosa).

As the finale is coming up, fans have some predictions of who is going to win this season. Robert Irwin (the fan favorite) is who many fans are expecting to win. His enormous improvement these past weeks, how consistent his skill is, his energy, passion and love for the dances. He uses all his energy and strength in every dance and pours out his heart. Viewers have a strong emotional connection to him and his stories. Robert even has had many tributes to his late father Steve Irwin. Many feel he has been underscored, and think they can make up for it by voting for him. Viewers can vote by casting up to 10 votes per method (online or SMS) per couple during the live voting window each episode. Online votes can be cast at dwtsvote.abc.com, and SMS votes can be sent by texting a celebrity’s first name to 21523. Voting is open to US and Canadian residents who are 18 or older.
Judging
Who are the judges this year? Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough are the returning judges, who have been judges for past seasons. But a new thing happening this season is guest judges. The guest judges are Kym Johnson, Jon M. Chu, Cheryl Burke, and Flavor Flav. The former host, Tom Bergeron, is also scheduled to return as a guest judge for the 20th Anniversary celebration episode. The scoring this season is mostly the same. Although since there are only 3 judges, it is out of 30 not 40 like prior seasons.
